Project Management Institute Registered Education ProviderThe Project Management Certificate Program can be used to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam or to obtain Continuing Education Units (CEUs). DePaul's Management Development Center has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
Many students advance to become a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® or a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®. Please see the PMI® website for certification details and requirements. Can I earn PDUs with this program?
PMP® certificants can earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward license renewal by taking courses in the Project Management Certificate Program or Advanced Project Management Seminars. Each contact hour is equivalent to one PDU. Licensed professionals in other industries may qualify to earn Continuing Education (CE) credit. Students should contact their respective licensing body to ensure they meet the requirements.
Are books included in the tuition fee?
Books are not included in the tuition fee. All other class materials are covered in the tuition fee and will be distributed as appropriate.

Does this program qualify for financial assistance through the  Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)?
In order to find out if you qualify for financial assistance, you must first contact Workforce Development. As a certified program under the ILLINOIS workNet initiative, this program has been approved for workforce training grants for those who are eligible.
