- Basic Project Management

Resilient Leadership Certificate
This two-day program is designed to highlight the fundamentals of great leadership under difficult circumstances. With the techniques and hands-on applications taught in this program, your colleagues will discover how to maximize motivation, innovation and creativity without resorting to economic incentives. This program examines how to navigate critical people-related problems in order to create and implement positive change practices within an organization.
- How to Influence without Authority
Influence Management Certificate
This program instructs on the techniques to lead individuals and groups without direct authority. Key areas covered include analyzing the environment, understanding interpersonal factors and tailoring the actions that best respond to the particular situation. Simulation exercises reinforce the acquired skills. This program is available as a one or two-day session.
- Dealing with Organizational Change
This program investigates the impediments to organizational change—organizational alignment and value incongruence—and the techniques that help groups effectively remove these impediments. The
Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program is a disciplined, data-driven approach that focuses on process improvement and variation reduction by applying a set of simple, yet sophisticated, statistical, analytical and problem solving techniques.
Practical Internet Marketing
This two-to-three-day course teaches how to communicate effectively to a target audience through the use of social media tools like blogs, video and networking sites. The goal is to strategically use social media to increase the demand for products and services. Emphasis is placed on analytic tools to gauge the effectiveness of various internet strategies. Through a series of presentations and in-class discussions, your staff members will learn how to blog, Tweet, develop podcasts and vodcasts, as well as how to optimize web pages for search engines.
