- How to Influence without Authority
Influence Management Certificate
This program instructs on the techniques to lead individuals and groups without direct authority. Practical Internet Marketing
This two-to-three-day course teaches how to communicate effectively to a target audience through the use of social media tools like blogs, video and networking sites. The goal is to strategically use social media to increase the demand for products and services. Emphasis is placed on analytic tools to gauge the effectiveness of various internet strategies.
